Monthly Progression – New Lessons every 3 weeks

After completing the basics course with Tim you are ready to begin our Monthly lessons. Every month you will be given a new lesson, and should practice the motions Tim teaches often, and on a regular basis. Go through the motion about 50-100 times every few days to help build your muscle memory.

This is where muscle memory comes into play. Even after you know something, your muscles can’t do what you know until you train them and their memory (just try to write with your opposite hand, you know exactly what you want to do, but your hand can’t do it very well).

Even if the motions seem simple, it’s important to repeat them on a regular basis and pay particular attention to your form and technique. We are building a foundation for future skills with these simple exercises so it’s very important we get these right in order to perform other motions properly down the road.
